As a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales, Amit Aggarwal does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on off the rack nor on made to order pieces.

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of any assistance, we will be happy to assist you.

All approved returns and/or exchanges are given in the form of credit notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at amitaggarwal.com and any of the flagship stores across Delhi, The credit notes can not be redeemed during the End of Season Sale period as well.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the option of canceling your purchase & claim a refund. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, a refund in the form of a “Credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The Credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, Amit Aggarwal shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund.
