Q. Can my order be customized?

Q. How do I take care of my products?
Ans. All products are
- Dry clean only, no handwash or machine wash
- No tumble dry
- No steam iron/flat iron on embroidery or polymer strips.
Q. How can I track my order?
Ans. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
Q. What are the modes of payment accepted?
Ans. We accept payment via all leading debit and credit cards, Should you face any issues while transacting, please feel free to contact us on the helpline given on every page and our representatives will be happy to assist.
Q. Do you accept international credit cards?
Ans. Yes, we accept International Credit Cards as well.
Q. Is my payment secure?
Ans. We process your payments via secured & verified payment gateways. We assure you that the process is 100% safe and secure.
Q. My transaction failed; I received a payment gateway error message. Please help.
Ans. Please reach out to the customer care team, and your bank for clarity on the transaction.
Q. Is there cash on delivery?
Ans. Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders are on full advance payment.
Q. Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?
Ans. The order can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of receiving the order via email or over the phone.
Q. How long does it take for the product to be delivered?
Ans. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted on your order confirmation email. We do not ship on Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
Q. What are the domestic shipping charges?
Ans. For all orders within India, we offer free shipping.
Q. What are the international shipping charges?
Ans. Delivery Charges for International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted on your order confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays
Please note : the shipping charge DOES NOT include import duty(s). Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our quality control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.
Q. Does my international order include local import duty?
Ans. The International shipping charge DOES NOT include import duty(s).
Q. Does the pricing include GST?
Ans. Yes, all the prices are inclusive of the GST.
Q. Can I return my order?
Ans. We do not accept returns on any product. Only in the case the product is received in a damaged condition, a request return should be sent to us at customercare@amitaggarwal.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.
Q. Can I exchange my order?
Ans. All products are hand embroidered and made to order - we don’t accept any returns or exchange. However we can assist you for alterations, if notified within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Q. How long is the gift card valid for?
Ans. It is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Q. Where can we redeem the gift card?
Ans. The gift card can be redeemed against all products only on www.amitaggarwal.com
Q. How can I send the gift card?
Ans. Once the E-Gift Card is issued, a unique code is generated that will be shared by the recipient via email. This unique code is required at the time of purchasing online.
Q. Can I redeem the gift card for cash?
Ans. The gift card cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. If your order total is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will be updated in that E-Gift Card code which can be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may Contact Us to check the validity and balance of your E-Gift Card.
If your order exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift voucher must be paid by credit/debit card/net banking or Paypal. The brand is not liable for delivery of an E-Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
The brand is not responsible if an E-Gift Card is used without permission. Ensemble reserves the right to cancel an E-Gift Card if we deem such action necessary. Subject to Delhi jurisdiction only. No shipping charge is applicable on a single purchase of E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards can be emailed within 24 hours, or can be scheduled to be emailed on a special day. An E-Gift card once issued, cannot be cancelled or returned.
